The Person-in-Charge (PIC) program is a strategic initiative developed by the Dubai Municipality Food Control Department. Its primary aim is to establish a clear ownership of Food Safety practices within every food business across Dubai.
This program is recognized globally, certificate is awarded by Dubai municipality approved awarding bodies who are accredited to EIAC. Who is the Person-In-Charge (PIC)?
The PIC is a key individual within a food establishment, accountable both to their employer and to Dubai Municipality.
