SGS Appoints Anand Nair as Connectivity & Products and Health & Nutrition Director Middle East and Regional Head of Connectivity & Products EEMEA

We are pleased to announce that, effective September 15, 2024, Anand Nair has been appointed as the Middle East Director for Connectivity & Product (C&P) and Health & Nutrition (H&N). In addition, he will now encompass responsibilities of the Regional Head for C&P - Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (EEMEA).

Anand brings nearly 30 years of experience to this role, having joined SGS India as a Coordinator in 1995. Throughout his tenure, he has held several key positions, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and driving significant growth in multiple domains. After moving to Dubai in 2000, he took on critical roles, including the Manager of Governments and Institutions Services in 2006 and later being appointed as the Director for Consumer Testing Services in 2014, covering government regulatory compliance across the Arabian Peninsula. In 2017, he expanded his portfolio to include Health and Nutrition services.

In his new roles, Anand will continue to be based in Dubai, UAE.

With his strong background and strategic insights, Anand is well-positioned to further enhance SGS's reputation for leadership and innovation in the industry.
