Based in State College, Pennsylvania, the company's core expertise lies in testing materials needed to operate nuclear facilities, from small modular reactor developers to full-scale power generation utilities. In addition to carrying out materials testing, the company also designs and manufactures the specialized equipment needed to carry out these tests, emphasizing a unique competence in both equipment production and testing services.
