Climate change requires global solutions. The European Union has introduced the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), imposing a fair price on CO2 and other greenhouse gases emitted during the production of some goods that are imported into the EU, pushing third countries towards low-intensity industrial production CO2e.
The webinar will discuss the technical and customs aspects connected to the importation of the products identified by the CBAM regulation and how to best prepare for the management of the related obligations.
