Unsafe product notifications for softlines products in Q4 2020 increased in the USA but decreased in the EU.
Four unsafe product notifications were issued in the USA in Q4 2020, up from zero in the previous quarter. Clothing and textile and footwear were the main categories, and the main risks identified were for choking and cuts.
In the EU, 81 products were notified as unsafe. The top categories were clothing and textile, and fashion jewelry, with the main risks being for strangulation, injury and chemicals.
