You can’t always dictate where you will need environmental testing services. Our expertise will help you overcome the inherent difficulties associated with remote sites. If the only access you have is a single flight or barge, we will work with you to ensure the necessary sampling supplies are delivered to site and then transported to our laboratories and processed within the required holding timeframes.
If there is a problem during sampling or if conditions change, our experts are always available for consultation. Any necessary changes are reviewed with you to ensure data objectives are preserved and all changes are fully documented and communicated to laboratory operations.
Short Holding Times
Government procedures often dictate short holding times for samples and this can become a real challenge in remote locations. Sampling challenges, flight delays and multiple carriers can all mean short holding times remain once a sample reaches the laboratory.
We rectify this situation with careful and exhaustive planning. We maintain continuous communication throughout the sample collection process to keep you informed and can make informed decisions on any issue that may arise. We request early transmission to our project manager of Chain of Custody (CoC) for incoming sample shipments to allow review and personnel scheduling. This reduces waiting times and improves data results.
