Recent developments of EU Chemical and Food Contact requirements - Understanding key obligations and identifying compliance solutions

Concerns about hazardous and possibly restricted substances in materials and products have increased in the past decade due to updates to important regulations like REACH, POP, and Food Contact regulations. Regulatory compliance requirements for consumer goods have forced businesses to share and report data on various substances or groups of substances.

Additionally, consumers are becoming more aware of certain harmful chemicals, leading to more compliance inquiries.

Two events are planned for the spring in Denmark:

• Hvidovre: April 2nd, 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:00 (Registration and breakfast from 8:30)
• Vejle: April 3rd 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:00 (Registration and breakfast from 8:30)

Limited number of participants: 20

Deadline for registration: 23rd March 2025

Due to the limited number of participants the registration is binding. In case of cancellation, we should receive this no later than a week before the date of the event. In case of “no show” on the date of the event that you have registered for, a “no show” fee of 500,- DKK will be charged.

Product compliance manager, buyers and company owners who are interested in learning more about the latest developments on food contact and chemical requirements. The participants will have the opportunity to hear more on current solutions to navigate through essential pieces of legislations and identify best practices and solutions to meet compliance.
