SGS reinforces its leadership in the certification sector obtaining the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17065 accreditation for the VDE AR N 4130 standard, one of the most demanding in network codes for the German market.
This new accreditation, granted by ENAC, includes the certification of power converters, power plant controllers (PPC) and Statcom, consolidating our capacity to certify the whole power range demanded in Germany.
Our scope in VDE Standards
With the inclusion of the VDE 4130 standard, SGS expands its portfolio of accreditations in German network codes, which now includes:
- VDE AR N 4105
- VDE AR N 4110
- VDE AR N 4120
- VDE AR N 4130
In addition, we have accreditations for the Technical Guidelines for Power Generating Units and Systems:
- PART 3 (TG3): Test
- PART 4 (TG4): Simulation
- PART 8 (TG8): Certification
