Mr. SIN also shared more ideas on the necessity and benefits of obtaining ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019. “We achieved the certificate of ISO/IEC 27001 since Year 2008. Our aim is to build trust with our clients and stakeholders. Given to the services we provide to our clients involve sensitive and confidential information, managing the privacy of personal information becomes one of key factors. By applying the certificate of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019, we wish to present our practice that is able to meet information and data privacy security compliance and regulation, not only our clients would be more likely to visualize if our practice is able to meet the requirement but also able to present our staffs are fully aware of this principle from company-wide scale, in which also promote a positive morale as a whole. Previously we thought that our company is trying our best practicing privacy security to most of the aspects, both in commercial and personnel perspectives. However, when we exercise the controls, we learned from the international information security management standards that there are rooms of improvement that demand us to do it better with more precaution and consideration.
