eFiling is a CPSC initiative to enable importers of regulated consumer products to file electronically (eFile) with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) certain data elements from a certificate of compliance. The purpose of establishing this platform is to improve the safety of consumer products imported into the United States, by enhancing CPSC’s risk assessment, targeting, and enforcement ability to interdict non-compliant consumer products at the ports.
Voluntary eFiling commenced in the summer of 2024, and since then there have been important updates to the beta pilot project.
In this webinar, our experts will provide background information on how the new system will be implemented and explore how it will help to streamline the process of submitting compliance data for regulated consumer products, and demonstrate how our eFiling solutions can help you fulfill mandatory requirements in a way that suits your business.
This webinar is aimed at quality and regulatory compliance professionals (Buyers, Manufacturers, Merchants & Quality Assurance Executives) in the textile industry.
