Continued strong sales performance in Q3

• Strong sales growth of 7.3% organically* and 3.8% in reported terms in the third quarter
• New sustainability offering IMPACT NOW ready to be rolled out
• Global PFAS campaign launched
• 4 new bolt-on acquisitions, serving SGS’s growth strategy in North America and Europe
• Outlook 2024 confirmed
