C.Y. has over 30 years' experience in the testing, inspection and certification (TIC) industry. With extensive experience providing customer solutions and best practice sharing, C.Y. also serves on SGS’s Global Technical Committee on Standards & Regulatory.

C.Y. is lead technical expert for the SGS Total Solutions team which creates solutions for supply chain management, product performance and claims validation, as well as international standards and regulatory compliance.
