Are You Ready for CPSC eFiling

Under the new system, the CPSC will require product safety certificates to be submitted electronically, using the Participating Government Agencies (PGA) Message Set through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system. This will streamline the process of submitting CPC and GCC for regulated consumer products, and it is strongly recommended that importers reach out to the CPSC as soon as possible to request access to the product registry. 

Voluntary eFiling commenced in the summer of 2024, since when there have been important updates to the beta pilot project.
