This course will provide learners with an in-depth understanding of the requirements for a HAS under MS and JAKIM.
Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to:
- Establish a documentation process for a HAS
- Establish an internal Halal committee
- Develop product descriptions and specifications in line with requirements
- Perform risk analysis
- Establish a monitoring system to ensure processes are verified and corrective actions are taken when needed
