“We are not sure of how these (meals) are prepared in their kitchens. Imagine the harm that it will do to us if our food processors are not clean enough, not ensuring, not practicing food safety and hygiene. Pandemic or not, there’s a Covid or none, we have to be very careful in preparing and handling of food.” Shared by the DTI Bohol Provincial Director Marisol Laxa- Balistoy who commenced the webinar. Ms. Ma. Teresa “Baby” Tay hosted the webinar and she first introduced Ms. Ellen Mae Bautista, SGS Regional Sales Supervisor – Food VisMin, the resource speaker for the first topic which is Introduction to Food Safety and Microbial Hazards.
