TDCX PH INC excels with its triple certification

SGS Philippines’ Certification and Business Enhancement division awarded TDCX its certification against the ISO 9001:2015, 18295-1:2017 and 27001:2013 standards.

In 2019, TDCX Management decided to improve further its operations through an initiative to get certified for three ISO standards with the help of SGS Philippines, Inc. The organization has adopted internationally renowned management systems and principles advocated in ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), 18295-1:2017 (Service Requirements for Customer Contact Centres) and 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System).  The Management Team believes that the ISO framework will guide the organization to continuously improve its business processes to deliver consistent and excellent quality service to both customers and clients, to achieve the company’s growth agenda.
