The purpose of this technical white paper is to provide information about the obligations for timber and timber product operators under articles 4 and 6 (and related articles) of European Union Regulation 995/2010. It aims to provide best practice information that will support the implementation of due diligence systems; a necessary requirement for compliance with the regulation.
