การประยุกต์ใช้มาตรฐาน GACP (Good Agricultural and Collection Practices) สำหรับกัญชาทางการแพทย์ เพื่อตรวจรับรองระบบสำหรับผู้ผลิตในไทยสามารถดำเนินการตามแนวทางดังต่อไปนี้
1. ศึกษาและเข้าใจมาตรฐาน: ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน GACP สำหรับกัญชาทางการแพทย์ที่ระบุโดยองค์กรหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องของประเทศปลายทาง หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในประเทศไทย เพื่อทราบข้อกำหนดและรายละเอียดการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน
1. Study and Understand the Standards: Study and understand the GACP standards for medical cannabis specified by relevant organizations or agencies in the destination country or related entities in Thailand. This ensures familiarity with the requirements and details of the standards.
2. ปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต: ปรับปรุงกระบวนการปลูกและการเก็บเกี่ยวในการผลิตกัญชาทางการแพทย์เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน GACP รวมถึงการใช้วัสดุปลูกที่มีคุณภาพและปลอดภัย การควบคุมการใช้สารเคมีและปุ๋ยเคมี การจัดการดูแลพืช และการเก็บเกี่ยวที่ถูกต้อง
2. Improve Production Processes: Enhance cultivation and harvesting processes in medical cannabis production to align with GACP standards. This includes using quality and safe cultivation materials, controlling chemical substances and fertilizers, managing plant health, and adopting appropriate harvesting methods.
3. ตรวจสอบและบันทึกข้อมูล: ตรวจสอบและบันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการปลูกและการเก็บเกี่ยวที่ตรงกับมาตรฐาน GACP เช่น การใช้สารเคมี การควบคุมแมลง การจัดการโรคพืช และการใช้วิธีการเก็บเกี่ยวที่เหมาะสม การจัดเก็บ การขนส่ง และ อื่นๆ เป็นต้น
3. Inspection and Data Recording: Inspect and record data related to cultivation and harvesting processes that comply with GACP standards. This includes monitoring chemical usage, pest control, disease management, appropriate harvesting, storage, transportation, and other relevant factors.
4. Training and Knowledge Evaluation: Provide training and assess the knowledge of operators and employees involved in adhering to GACP standards. This enhances their understanding and skills in consistently following the standards.
4. การฝึกอบรมและประเมินความรู้: ฝึกอบรมและทดสอบความรู้ของผู้ประกอบการและพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน GACP เพื่อเพิ่มความรู้และทักษะในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
5. Internal Auditing and Verification: Conduct internal audits and verifications to ensure adherence to GACP standards. This can involve using tools for checking and analyzing various aspects such as plot inspections, chemical residue testing, and document verification.
5.การตรวจสอบและตรวจประเมินภายใน: ควรตรวจสอบและประเมินภายในการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน GACP เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าระบบการผลิตสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของมาตรฐาน สามารถใช้เครื่องมือตรวจสอบและการวิเคราะห์ต่าง ๆ เช่น การตรวจสอบแปลงปลูก การเก็บตัวอย่างตรวจสารเคมี และการตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เป็นต้น
6. Third-party Auditing and Certification: Engage external certifying body to conduct audits and certify compliance with GACP standards. This includes obtaining certifications from internationally recognized bodies to validate adherence to GACP standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
6. การตรวจสอบและรับรองระบบจากหน่วยงานภายนอก: หลังจากปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน GACP เรียบร้อยแล้ว สามารถดำเนินการขอรับรองจากหน่วยตรวจรับรองระบบ (Certify body) และประเมินการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อรักษามาตรฐานสูงสุดในการผลิตกัญชาทางการแพทย์
