The following documents are available:

Result 1: Handbook for inclusive vocational training:

  • Research report on metacognitive methodology
  • Workbook
  • Training: handbook on inclusive vocational training on safety and health in the workplace for workers with disabilities.

Result 2: Training for trainers on safety and health in the workplace for people with disabilities (PWDs)

Both training courses, each aimed at different target audiences, consist of different modules, each carefully designed to equip trainers with the necessary skills to instruct people with disabilities.

The initial “How to teach" module in the “training for trainers” course delves into the methodology of teaching people with disabilities, equipping participants with essential techniques and strategies to enable them to create inclusive and adaptive learning environments.

The other modules are dedicated to the critical aspects of health and safety in the workplace. The overall aim of these modules is to enable trainers to effectively deliver this content to people with disabilities, using the methodologies acquired in the first module.

A major focus throughout the course is the adaptation of content to meet the unique requirements of people with disabilities.  Considering the diversity of needs among this demographic, it is imperative that each case is individually assessed and tailored, ensuring that course content is customized to address the specific needs of each participant.

Don't miss the opportunity to train and immerse yourself in a wealth of knowledge and resources.
