This training course will provide you with the basic knowledge and skills regarding food safety and food hygiene that are necessary for working in a catering establishment and for ensuring that the premises comply with the food safety regulations of the country where the business is situated.

Prior Knowledge
Learners who take this course should work or previously have worked in a catering establishment. They should have a basic knowledge of the correct ways to handle and store foods.

Course Certification
Learners who pass the examination will be issued a “Certificate of Successful Completion”. Learners who do not pass the examination but have been in attendance for the full duration of the course will be issued a “Certificate of Attendance”.
