Our 90-minute online training course equips you with the knowledge and skills to detect forced labor practices.
Forced labor occurs when individuals are made to work against their will through threats of punishment or coercion. These can include physical violence, intimidation, debt bondage and confiscation of identity documents. A hidden crime, forced labor can occur in every country and in any sector and can happen in many ways in business operations and supply chains.
Businesses use social audits to identify risks of forced labor and hidden exploitation in their operations and supply chains, so they can mitigate and remediate these risks. They make up one component of an organization’s forced labor due diligence processes, alongside other risk assessment methods and systemic due diligence measures.
We are excited to partner with Stronger Together to offer an eLearning training course designed to help auditors identify and report forced labor practices with social audits.
Enhance your auditor skills to detect forced labor practices
