SGS is pleased to announce the acquisition of LeanSis Productividad, headquartered in Valencia, Spain.
Established in 2005, LeanSis Productividad provides operational and manufacturing training and capacity building services to over 200 clients across Spain. With offices in Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla and Murcia, the company employs approximately 75 people, with annual revenues of around EUR 8 million.
“This acquisition will provide immediate growth opportunities in Spain and will help us to gain valuable and scalable expertise in the field of organizational capacity building,” said Frankie Ng, CEO of SGS. “In addition, this will further diversify our product offering and complement our training portfolio, in line with our Certification and Business Enhancement strategy.”
