Limitation of liability for our own contents
Great care has been taken in drawing up the contents of the SGS website. Nevertheless, SGS cannot accept any guarantee for the up-to-dateness, completeness and correctness of all websites and pages. As a service provider, SGS is responsible, under general legislation, for own contents on these websites. SGS is not required to monitor transmitted or stored information. As soon as SGS becomes aware of a specific legal infringement, SGS will remove the offending contents immediately. Consequently SGS can only accept liability with regard to a specific legal infringement from the time at which SGS becomes aware of such an instance.
