SGS Empowers Team Members in Karachi with a Training on Creating a Positive Customer Experience

The training delved into the nuances of enhancing customer satisfaction through understanding the customer experience, customer journey mapping, customer value proposition, net promoter score (NPS), voice of the customer (VoC), the appropriate level of customer service to be offered, how to improve and more. 

The session was followed by interactive discussions, group activities and gamification and resolving scenario-based questions.
