This acquisition, effective January 15, 2025, reinforces our brokerage capabilities and provides valuable expertise in import, export and transit procedures.

With a team of 30 experienced professionals, Stella brings deep local knowledge and a strategic location at the Interporto Bologna logistics hub. This acquisition allows us to expand our services in Italy and offer direct brokerage solutions to our international clients, reducing reliance on external partners. Additionally, we also aim to extend our reach to key trade hubs, including the Port of Trieste and Swiss border crossings.
